Dandelion Field Day!
Tuesday May 12th 9:30 - Noon
Together we'll create great food with Dandelions.  Blossoms will become syrup, roots can be roasted and added to chai, and leaves will go into our Soufflé. This is exciting stuff.   Kids and adults both can enjoy their wild edibles and the health benefits from wild crafted foods!  We will have fun exploring and then sit down to eat lunch & sample what we created.
Note - Syrup is usually sweetened with sugar, but you can bring a different sweetener if you don't use sugar.  Soufflé is usually made with eggs & dairy, but can be done with Daiya cheese instead of Dairy.  Email me with information about dietary restrictions.
Cost parent & child $15  Parent & 2 kids $20 Parent & 3 kids $30
