PAST EVENT Cob Oven Cooking
Email if interested in this class, and I'll set up a new date :)

We’ll combine earth oven cooking with some outdoor adventures. Older children are welcome to spend the whole day with us, families with young children should plan a 2 - 3 hour adventure within the larger day.  Email me your preference  - the schedule below is a rough guide to our adventures, bring snacks with you.
Inside: we will make bread dough, pizza dough, Seitan “fake meat” from wheat gluten, pizza sauce, slice vegetables, and assemble our own pizzas.
Outside: we will build a fire in the outdoor cob oven, harvest chickweed & kale, explore the forest, feed the goats.

Make Dough for Pizza & Bread & eat Snack
11:30 Add wood to Cob Oven Fire
Explore the Garden & Pick Kale  & Chickweed & visit goats
12:30 Add wood to Cob Oven Fire
Prep Dough & Top Pizzas
1:30 - 2:30 PM Cook Pizzas 
2:30 Bread & Veggies in the oven

• Cost Full Day 9:30 - 3
$40 per family (1-2 kids), $15 per extra person.
• ​Children ages 5 - 12 w/o adult $45 each
• Cost for a 3 hour segment Parent + 1 child ($25), 2 kids ($33), you pick which hours to attend.

Roast Chicken

Monday dinner starts with singing a6 6:15
Donations for dinner $6 per adult, less for children.
